Terms and conditions
By using the El Gato Tuerto Liquor Store website you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Who may use the site
This site is for users 21 and older. By entering you confirm you are of legal age and agree to present a valid ID at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we cannot verify your age or if we suspect fraud. If payment was already collected, we will issue a refund.
2. How an order works
The process is simple:
- Add products to your cart and complete your details at checkout.
- A cashier receives your order and confirms via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Payment is collected at delivery: cash, card, or transfer.
- The website never processes or stores card numbers.
An order placed through the website is a request. It becomes final when the cashier confirms it. Before that confirmation, we may refuse or modify an order due to lack of stock, pricing error, or any other reasonable reason.
3. Prices and inventory
We update prices and inventory weekly from our point-of-sale system. There may be brief discrepancies between what you see online and what is available in store. If a product is unavailable when we receive your order, we will notify you before charging and offer an alternative or cancel that line item.
4. Use of site content
The photos, descriptions, logos, and design belong to El Gato Tuerto. You may view them and share links. You may not copy, resell, or modify site materials for commercial use without our permission.
5. Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep the site current, but typographical, photographic, or technical errors may occur. The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime or error-free operation. If you notice something off, let us know and we will fix it.
6. Returns
See our return policy. In short: under Florida regulations applicable to alcoholic beverages, all sales are final except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
El Gato Tuerto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above indicates the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the county where the purchase originated, unless the law requires a different jurisdiction.
